Can I buy McGraw-Hill Australia textbooks online?

Yes. Selected titles are available online through this website, simply search for the title you are interested in and if it is available for online purchase you will be able to ‘add to cart’ and complete your purchase online. Books are available for delivery to Australia and New Zealand only. If you require a product that is not available for sale online, please contact our customer service department on cservice_sydney@mcgraw-hill.com or phone 1800 646 572 (Toll free in Australia) or 0800449312 (free phone in New Zealand).

I bought a book that is published by you and found that it has pages missing, what do I do?

If you purchased the text book from a bookshop/seller, go back to them and inform them that your textbook is missing pages and they will contact McGraw-Hill Education for a replacement of the text book. Please note that the bookshop will require proof of purchase.
If you purchased the textbook directly from McGraw-hill Education, please contact customer service on cservice_sydney@mcgraw-hill.com or +61 (2) 9900 1888 for a replacement of the text book. Please note that proof of purchase will be required.

Where can I find solutions to the questions in my textbook?

Generally solutions are only provided to instructors for use while teaching their course. McGraw-Hill does not supply solutions manuals to students.
In some cases, answers to selected questions may be available in your textbook or on the Online Learning Centre (OLC) for your book.

I want to buy an eBook instead of a printed textbook, where can I do this?

Some McGraw-Hill VET printed textbooks are available in eBook format. To order please contact your Institution's local bookstore

I have an access code to download an eBook, but I don’t know how to download the book.

Your access code will be printed on a card which will contain vital information on how to download the eBook. The information will step you through simple steps to download your eBook. For any further assistance, please contact mgh_vet@mcgraw-hill.com.

My textbook comes with Connect, but I don’t know how to access the resources.

Your instructor will be able to provide you with a course-specific URL which will allow you to register for your Connect course and access all the resources.

Where do I go to log digital issues?

If you need help or have any questions about McGraw-Hill digital products, please visit our online support centre and browse the FAQs, or fill in a support request form.

I have logged my digital problem on www.mhhe.com/support and no one has come back to me.

The digital support centre will aim to respond to your query within 24–48 hours of your request being logged. When your case is submitted you will receive an automatically generated email containing a case reference number. If you haven’t had a further response after 48 hours you can reply to the original email chasing your request. If you didn’t receive the original email, this means that you have entered your email address incorrectly and you will need to resubmit your issue.
